Rise Up O Men of God!

While I am delighted to labour building the kingdom with young and old, men and women, I need to be honest with you all. What really grips my heart is the state of young men today—the battle for their souls, and the battle for their energies. Where have all the young men gone? Where are the young men of courage and valor, of strength and honour? Where are the young men disposed to sacrifice everything for the highest of ideals, the noblest of endeavors? Where are the magnanimous ones, the great-hearted ones? The eyes of the Lord search the face of the earth—and so do mine! Who will respond in this hour of need? Rise up, oh men of God!

So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. 2Tim 2:22 ESV
